Experience the cycle

Whether amazement, laughter, curiosity or even disgust: earthworms arouse emotions. They manage to arouse enthusiasm for the recycling and upcycling of organic waste. Using the worm compost learning centre, participants experience in an action-oriented way and with all their senses what it means to close a cycle and to be able to actively participate.

Accompanying documents for practical & didactic implementation

Teaching materials have been developed in close cooperation with the FHNW University of Teacher Education for the planning and organisation of NMG and/or ESD lessons. The following documents were trialled and developed as part of the "Worm compost as a place of learning" project and are available free of charge in digital form:
