Shipping information for your order

Shipping costs

• Parcel Switzerland: 9.95 CHF
• Parcel EU: 9.95 €
• Pallet Switzerland (for garden beds and SCALE): 90 CHF

Shipping costs are charged only once per order, regardless of the number of items or partial shipments.

We reserve the right to ship items from one order together or separately. You’ll receive a tracking email for each shipment.

Shipping within Switzerland

We usually ship on Monday and Wednesday. Your order is delivered the following day by Planzer. Delivery time is typically 1–4 business days. In rare cases – for example, if our shipping rhythm changes due to the worms – delivery can take up to 9 business days.

HOME 2 and TUBE are normally shipped together with the starter population of worms.

SCALE and raised garden beds are shipped on a cardboard pallet to the curbside. This means delivery takes place to the nearest accessible public point. We’ll contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Shipping within the EU

Your order is usually shipped via DHL. Once the parcel has been handed over, you’ll receive a shipping notification by email with tracking details and delivery options.

For HOME 2, a collection card for your starter worm population is included with the address envelope. Once you’re ready, you can use this card to easily order your worms.

Shipping pauses and temperature conditions

In case of extreme temperatures, we pause shipments to protect the worms’ wellbeing. Shipping pauses are announced on our website.

Transport damage

If your order arrives damaged, we’ll replace it free of charge. Please contact us by email and include photos of the outer and inner packaging, the damage, and the address label.
